Covid19 protection measures for the winter 2020/21

Dear guests of the SCHNEESPORTSCHULE WARTH ARLBERG SNOWSPORTS.

We have the utmost understanding regarding concerns for the safest possible delivery of our services.
For us at the Warth Arlberg Snowsports School, too, the implementation and organisation of the 2020/21 winter season still holds a few challenges in store, as several details depend on the current situation.
We can assure you that we will, of course, comply with all the prescribed official requirements for group lessons and are also in constant consultation with the other partners (lift company; restaurants, etc.).
Of course, together with our staff we will take the necessary measures to protect the health of our guests and we are happy to list the first details here.

We guarantee:

  • Small groups of max. 8 CHILDREN for more SAFETY and great learning & fun factor!
  • Course starts DAILY at the meeting point at the Wannenkop lift in Warth
  • Daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., including 1 h lunch supervision
  • For children from the age of 4, up to teenagers up to 13 years old
  • Our ski race starts every Thursday at 10.30 am,
  • The award ceremony will take place at 3 pm.
  • With us, every child is a winner and receives a gold medal!

To protect our guests and our staff, we will take appropriate precautions in our sales offices and also further expand contactless payment processing - all our services can already be conveniently booked online.
Our employees are all equipped with mouth-nose protection and this is worn as a matter of course, depending on the regulations in force (e.g. during the briefing at the assembly point, in the cable car gondolas and on public transport). We offer our guests (adults and children) a practical mouth-nose protection for purchase.
In certain areas, it will be difficult to keep the required minimum distance of 1m - especially when dividing up on the first day of the course and when queuing at the lift. However, by voluntarily using a mouth-nose protection, the risk of infection can be significantly minimised. In addition, most of our guest contact takes place outdoors and not indoors.

At the children's ski school, all guests with online tickets are given the opportunity to take advantage of our "early check-in" offer before the start of the course so that they can receive detailed information as soon as they arrive in Lech about which group (which ski instructor) they are assigned to and when they should be present.

For the private courses, the start of the course is already staggered at the meeting point chosen by the guests. Such a staggering of the start times will also be implemented for the children's ski school groups in order to reduce the number of people at the meeting point. The children's groups will also start between 9.30 and 10.00 a.m. from the meeting point - the allocation/assignment to the groups will start 20 minutes beforehand.

No specific guidelines have been published for the stay in the restaurants at present. Of course, we will conscientiously apply the respective valid regulations.

As in the past, we offer our customers generous cancellation conditions:
Course tickets can be cancelled in full free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. Confirmed private ski instructor reservations can also be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the booking.

Since the majority of our activities take place outdoors, it can be assumed that the risk of infection is lower than when staying indoors. Nevertheless, we have to appeal to the personal responsibility of both our staff and our guests and cannot give any guarantees.

We strive to make all necessary and reasonable arrangements to enable you and your family to enjoy carefree skiing days and the greatest possible learning success in our groups or private lessons, and we are confident that we will be able to master even this difficult situation professionally.
